Triple MG Act, Tonye Says Bye Bye To Group Over Sexual Harassment

April 18 2016, The news broke out that Rising star, Tonye was officially signed on with popular music label, TripleMG owned by Ubi Franklin. The label also has big name artists Iyanya, Tekno, e.t.c.

Well, according to source, it looks like the relationship is OVER.. A source close to the label house says that Tonye had to end the big opportunity due to sexual harassment from the label boss, Ubi Franklin.

Ubi, father of one and husband of the actress, Lilian Esoro has been reportedly making sexual moves towards the singer Tonye who is hinted to be dating a Lagos Socialite who owns a night club.

This is not the first time the label head is being accused of sexual harassment. Recall, The former female in the group, Emma Nyra also revealed that she had an affair with him which she later denied.

Looks like Tonye has finally decided to ride solo and remain without a Record label as seen on her page below.

Ubi Franklin Confirms Iyanya is Starting Off is Own Record Label 'Made Men Music With a Difference'

                

Iyanya announced that he was going to start his own record label, rumours were rife that he had a fight with Ubi Franklin and his wife Lillian Esoro. Early this morning, Iyanya denied any fight with either of them, adding that he loved the couple. Then Ubi Franklin took to his IG page to clarify the whole situation. 

He posted the photo above and wrote:

Recently there’s been a lot said in the media about Iyanya leaving Made Men Music, I’d like to clarify things.Iyanya had approached me about a year ago and notified me of his intentions to start up a label. He wanted my blessings to do so and I told him it was a welcome development. I assured him of my support to help structure his planned label with the existing company (Made Men Music Group) whenever he was ready and the process was initiated.

Lilian Esoro & Ubi Franklin Spiced Their Traditional Ceremony in Rich Efik Culture

So The Triple MG CEO Ubi Franklin and his actress boo, Lilian Esoro #LilianUbi2015 had their wedding yesterday November 1, 2015...

The couple started their day early with a church wedding, followed by a reception and then a second traditional wedding in honour of the groom’s Efik culture.

For the Efik wedding, Mr & Mrs Franklin showed just how rich and colourful Nigerian culture is. The bride looked all kinds of regal in her modern take of the traditional “Ofong Ukod Anywang” outfit which consisted of an off cream shoulder blouse and full gold skirt, she teamed the look with a decorated staff and an elaborate head dress with gold pins.

While the groom wore a white shirt, beaded waistcoat, gold wrapper, a beaded cap and cane.

Great way to show the culture..I started falling in love with the Efik thingy immediately..

Ubi Franklin and actress Lilian Esoro had the first part of their Marriage yesterday; The traditional wedding went down at the actress’s family home in the Magodo area of Lagos.
