Orisetefemi.."My wife Told Me I Wasn't Her Type When We First Met"

Singer, Oristefemi Majemite Ekele, otherwise known as Oristefemi, speaks with OLUSHOLA RICKETTS about his music career, controversies, finding a wife and why he is in support of one Nigeria

How did your recent tour go?

It was a world tour and it went well. I had the opportunity to visit places that I’d never travelled to and I also revisited some places. The essence of the tour was to export our music to other parts of the world. As we speak now, Afrobeat is now recognised all over the world. This is a good development for Nigeria as it shows that we are developing musically. I also advise all my colleagues to continue to look beyond Nigeria and Africa.....

Move Away Meekmill & Drake; Oritsefemi & Olamide Are About to Start Their Own World War IIII

Lmao....Wonders shall never seize

Just when we all thought the Drake and Meekmill's Jab is over, Our very own Oritsefemi and Olamide are about to start their own World WarIIII... There have been rumours about the 2 stars going back and forth and Oritsefemi has refused to feature Olamide on his yet-to-be released album.

This is what is happening, Weeks after the release of Sebee remix, which had my 2 favorites, Oritsefemi and Olamide, there appears to be some quiet discomfort in the camps of Olamide and Oritsefemi over their recent collaboration with fast-rising, Sossi.

So my source tells me, Sossi who is signed to Bugatti records label featured Oritsefemi and Olamide in the remix of his popular single,Sebee. It was learnt that problem started weeks after Sossi dropped the remix.

Thank God Oritsefemi is not doing it the 'Meekmill' style but he is extremely furious that I hear he has returned the cash plus suing that the video must not feature him

''I Suffered Depression Staying in a Wood-House''; Oritsefemi Recounts His Suffer Head Days

Nigerian popular musician,OritseFemi has narrated a heart-melting story on how he doggedly got to where he is today. The inspiration narrative shows how he grew from strength to strength in an effort to catch up with his dream.

The “Double Wahala” crooner, in the narrative tale, tagged his grass to grace story as ‘God’s doing.’ His story nonetheless, is typical of someone who fought back and moved aggressively in life to achieve eminence and fortune.

It would be recalled that after he gained fame some years ago, he went underground and resurfaced again few years later with his hit single, ‘Double Wahala’, a remix of late Fela Anikulapo-Kuti’s song with the same title. The Delta State-born singer undoubtedly rose to fame from the popular ghetto, Ajegunle, in Lagos.
