Customs Intercepts Military Hardware, Bulletproof Cars

A Nigeria Customs Service boss has disclosed that his unit has seized, military materials, 22 cars, including nine bulletproof cars. 
The Nigeria Customs Federal Operations Unit, Zone ‘A’ has intercepted a bus carrying two big sacks containing military uniforms and boots along the Ijebu-Ode expressway.

Customs rakes in N140.4 billion as August revenue

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) said it recorded its highest ever monthly revenue of N140.4 billion in August 2018.

The Customs Public Relations Officer, Mr Joseph Attah revealed this on Tuesday in Abuja.


According to Attah, the Comptroller-General of Customs, Col. Hameed Ibrahim Ali (Rtd) said the improvement was as a result of dogged pursuit of several reform programmes.
