The surveillance drones were spotted in different parts of Lagos earlier today. The drones were handed over to the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), few day ago by the Lagos state governor, Ambode.
The governor also handed over patrol vehicles, motorcycles, APCs, gunboats and patrol helicopters to the Nigerian police.
