Wonders will never seize...There is a new trend and it looks like the latest trend in the world, some ladies are now rocking dresses made from bulletin bags...I mean Nylon or Polybags.
It’s currently making waves on Taiwan’s social media sites with hundreds of women taking pictures in their plastic bags outfits and posting it online.
The man behind the designs has been named English designer, Gareth Pugh and he first show cased his designs at a Paris fashion show before going on the streets…
