The fifteen member States of ECOWAS are addressing problems identified in the implementation of the common external tariff which took off in January as a vehicle for a Customs Union and a common market in the region.Leah Katung Babatude who was at the day 2 of the meeting in Abuja reports that Countries picked holes in the CET Document and made suggestions on how to provide supplementary protection.
