Kardashian, 34, who signed copies of her selfie-filled coffee table book at the Fifth Avenue Barnes & Noble, modeled a long-sleeved lace turtleneck and a high-waisted pencil skirt, both by Dior, and Celine sandals. Her strategically embellished top was slightly sheer, allowing a peek at her cleavage.
