Chris Brown's baby mum claims he's not paying child support...Chris Brown and the mother of his baby Nia Guzman are in a battle over child support for their daughter Royalty, according to reports.The singer has toddler daughter Royalty with his long-term friend and past lover Nia, but the pair are no longer a couple. According to reports, Chris had been paying $2,500 a month towards his daughter, but Nia asked him for six times that in future - $15,000.
As he refused, he has reportedly stopped the payments altogether, with the site claiming he felt $15,000 was "ridiculous".
Now Nia's lawyer is reportedly planning to file legal documents, demanding the singer pay up.
Royalty is a secret love child of Chris and Nia's, but since revealing he's a father, Chris has gone out of his way to play the doting dad and make sure he is a stable fixture in the little girls' life.
