LIVE: Collation Of Ekiti Governorship Election Results

Although the official announcement of results of today's governorship election in Ekiti State have not yet been officially announced, we will give you, here, a rundown of already-collated results in places where we have our correspondents, and others where we are in touch with independent observers.


07:40pm. As this is not the official INEC result, we shall stick with figures for the two leading candidates, the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic (PDP).

07:45pm. As expected, PDP won at the polling booth of Ayodele Fayose, the outgoing Governor: Polling Unit 001 in Afao, Irepodun-Ifelodun Local Government Area of Ekiti State.

07:48pm. The result was APC 106, PDP 304.

08:08pm. At PU OO6, Ijesa isu in Ikole Local Government Area of Ekiti State, it's PDP 33, APC 73.

08:15pm. At PU 8 Ward 6, Ikole LG, it's APC 71, PDP 61.

08:22pm. Ijeshamodu PU 001, Ilejemeje LG: PDP 46, APC 34.
