Identified as Manuella Mumbi, alias Manuelle Royale, she is a businesswoman born and brought up in Kahawa, Kiambu County, Kenya. She exchanged vows with Lisa Webb Clay in a low key gay ceremony with no witnesses except for the cleric who officiated their union.
It is gathered Mumbi relocated to the US to live with her lover Clay, said to be a model from Texas after Clay reportedly invited Mumbai to the US to formalize their engagement.
After the wedding, Mumbi took to her Facebook page and posted pictures of her big day along with sweet message to her new husband. “Unto us a day was given. Been a journey of love. Yes I do love you now and forever.”
