Lagos State Governor Ambode, Inaugurates Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency

The board of the Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency was inaugurated today. The agency will protect the rights of consumers, promote consumer satisfaction in the State and ensure that consumers get value for money spent on goods and services. 

Executive Governor of Lagos state, Akinwunmi Ambode charged the board to build an institution that will guarantee timely delivery of effective services to aggrieved consumers. He also urged Lagosians to utilize the alternative commercial dispute mechanism for the resolution of consumer related cases.
