Resident In calabar Drill Out Fuel From Crashed petrol Tanker

    

Some residents of Calabar, Cross River state capital, risked their lives as they rushed to scoop fuel from a fallen tanker in the area. The fuel tanker loaded with about 11,000 litres of petrol – crashed around the Scanobo area due to the bad state of the road as residents came out in their numbers with gallons and buckets in order to scoop fuel, not considering their own safety.

Is it really the right thing to do?
