See How Girl Caught stealing Was Humiliated Publicly By Crowd (Photos)
A young girl was publicly disgraced after she was caught stealing by some residents. According to an online user who shared the photos, the teenage girl stole some items before she was nabbed by the owner and some residents. She was tied and paraded round the area even in the presence of children – in a bid to embarrass her as punishment.
