New Born Baby Abandoned at Dump Site in Port Harcourt

From a social media user named Elenda Samuel an infant was discovered dead and

surrendered at the beginning of today in a dump website in Oyibo zone of Rivers State.
Sharing the news Elenda Samuel shared a photo on Facebook and wrote;

“This is very BAD..Why do this to an innocent baby?
This little baby was dumped @ oyigbo dump site this morning PH
God will Judge whoever did this
