A 300 level Imo State University student of Nutrition and dietectics apparently blacked out after she was flogged by a teacher who has been distinguished as Prof Egbe Richard from the personnel of sociology.
It was accumulated that Prof. Egbe supposedly utilized his belt to lash the student who desired her exams. Here are photographs from the scene underneath:
