The UK government on Wednesday deported 35 Nigerians for committing immigration-related crimes in the country.
The deportees arrived at Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMLA) Lagos at 5.50 in the morning.

The deportees, comprising 30 men and 5 women, were returned aboard a Titanic Airways plane with the registration number: G-POWO.
Lagos Airport Police Command spokesman, DSP Joseph Alabi, confirmed the development to Gistmania.
The deportees were welcomed by officials from the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) and the Police.
Also on the ground to receive them were officers of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
The deportees were profiled by the immigration authorities and each received a stipend to facilitate their transportation to their respective states.
It will be recalled that the British authorities had deported 23 Nigerians for similar reasons on 31 March.
