A close-up of the video shows that they placed a photo of the housemate on a bible, and stretched out their hands to the picture, showering him with prayers.

This video comes just days after various artistes took to their platforms to show support for the housemate. However, the obsession with this season of Big Brother Nigeria has drawn major criticism.

“Nigeria, we all have a serious problem. Imagine if we take the present situation of this country this serious, things would have been better,” one Instagrammer said, and another added, “Na wah o. Were these people in Nigeria during the last presidential election? Are they still around?”
