In a church setting your wardrobe is a sign of obedience, respect and an acknowledgement of the moral standing of the church. Following these silent instructions is a show of how much you cherish the gospel of obedience, therefore any one who looks at you (in-case you are a worker in church) would be immediately comforted rather than distracted by your presence.

What you wear to church is ultimately decided, what I mean is this; its not that they’ve picked out what you should wear (except you are an usher), its the fact that, what is allowed in whatever church you attend has been narrowed down and so it becomes easier to figure out your church look.
