Yesterday, the video of the cripple man who was severely assaulted by two soldiers in Onitsha went viral. His name is Chijoke Rapheal Uraku and he met with the new 302 Commander ,Colonel Idongesit Uko Akpan and the deputy director Public relations (82 DIV), Col. Sagir Musa .
According to Abuchi Onwumelu, he was also given cash gifts and clothes as the commandant gave assurances the said soldiers would be persecuted .
My concern now is that what would have happened if nobody took the video..
