"My family members dont last 70years of age"- Atiku

Former vice-president of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, has revealed that no member of his family, has ever reached the age of 70.

Atiku was speaking at an event to mark his 70th birthday on Thursday, by students of American University of Nigeria Academy and Primary schools.

He said, “It is a milestone in my life because nobody in my family has ever lived up to 70 years.”

He also called on the Academic Staff Union of Universities, to suspend the ongoing warning strike, stressing that education was the backbone of development.
