After attending the VMAs in a very trashy way, Kim Kardashian and Kanye treated their kids,North and Saint to family dinner Later in the evening

The famous Wests' were spotted returning to their New York apartment and Kim told the photographers to keep quiet so they didn't wake North who was fast asleep.
