At about 7am today, climbed a high tension wire in Lekki , Lagos,threatening to commit suicide unless he is given N5 million naira.After hours of begging him to come down, he refused,insisting he would only come down if given the money.
The Police and fire service men even brought inflatable trampoline for him to jump down and he refused .They finally gave up and left, prompting him to jump down on a roof. He also tried to cut himself and sustained injuries. According to twitter user @AlmunsurE,
He said his name is Fredrick Gino from Cameroon and he doesn't know how he got to Nigeria.The suicide man has been taken to Eti-Osa primary health care centre and he's been treated by doctors
