Miley Cyrus Licked A Piano And It is Auctioned For $50,000

She Came In Like A Wrecking Ball...Miley Cyrus just can't keep her tongue out of sight.

The "We Can't Stop" singer was honored at the 46th Anniversary Gala Vanguard Awards hosted by the Los Angeles LGBT Center at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza on Saturday, and she celebrated with a piano-lickin' good time.

The 22-year-old pop star's close friend, Linda Perry, took the stage during the event to hold an auction. Perry has worked with a number of musicians, including Cyrus, Christina Aguilera, Adam Lambert and Gwen Stefani, and she auctioned off a white piano that she's had some of them sign over the years. Before the bid began, Perry told Cyrus that she had to lick the instrument in order to help raise the bids.

Cyrus not only helped raise money for charity, but she was also praised by the LGBT Center for her efforts in pushing "boundaries in ways that few have had the courage to do." She was also honored for her Happy Hippie Foundation, a non-profit organization she founded to help bring attention and fight injustices towards the LGBT community and homeless youth.
