Prosecutors are considering a felony drug charge against Khloe Kardashian's ex husband, Lamar Odom after he allegedly tested positive for cocaine when he was found unconscious at the Love Ranch brothel in Crystal, Nevada. The former NBA star, 36, was found at the brothel in October and promptly taken to the hospital.
Nye County District Attorney Angela Bello said on Monday that the sheriff's office submitted the charge of unlawful use of cocaine or being under the influence of a controlled substance last week.
'The D.A.'s office will take the time needed to appropriately review that request, along with all evidence that might support that request, in order to reach a just conclusion regarding whether to advance charges.'
