Caitlyn Jenner went under the knife to have a breast augmentation earlier this year, before revealing her new identity on Vanity Fair's cover in June.
And yesterday, the 66-year-old revealed the results of her surgery as she left the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show after-party in New York City, showing some side-boob in a little black dress by Stella McCartney.
