An alleged jealous wife has thrown an acid in the face of this young student of a tertiary institution in a bid make her look 'less attractive' to her husband, according to a user on social media.
The 19-year-old student suffered life changing injuries to her left breast, shoulder, arm and the left side of the face.
She was also lucky not to lose her sight, though.
The attack happened at the girl's apartment, and the victim was rushed the hospital by neighbours.
