Hahahahahaha..You cannot blame the old man. Very messed up setting, Governors are elected when they are supposed to be retired. The Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, was spotted dozing off at a function organized by the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, in Port-Hacourt on Monday. The PDP event was attended by top party leaders in the state and also in the country as the Acting Chairman of the Party, Mr Uche Secondus, (second left) was also present.
