Jay Z and Beyonce who are well-versed in the world in of art and happily drop hundreds of thousands of dollars on a piece if it inspires them. 

So it was no surprise to see Jay-Z and Beyoncé perusing some works at an art show.. The event, Wes Lang's The Longest Night Of The Year, was held at Hollywood's Milk Studios. See more

Wes Lang, who handled the merchandise artwork for Kanye West's Yeezus tour, is known his scrawling, almost doodle-like canvases.

The artist is famous for depicting skulls wearing Native American headdresses, pin-up girls and other drawings influenced by American tattoo culture.

For a stint of time Lang lived in the famous Chateau Marmont hotel where he worked on his art. He's also done the merchandise for Grateful Dead's box set of the band's Spring 1990 tour.
