'cos in every body, there must exist a head.. Same as we have it in yam..lol..

In nutshell, that is the head of the loaf, it also shield nd protect the body frm excessive air

It like covering the secret of the slices below! With out the first slice all others once would look naked nd unattractive! Imagine wearing skirt alone without top above lol!
