In this video, PDP supporters had earlier fired shots to scare people away before they started to thumb-print ballot papers made available to them by INEC officials. This happened in Polling Units 009, 010 and 011 at Oniong West Ward 1, Onna Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State and it was carried out right in the presence of the villagers. You watch the video.
