Pop star Justin Bieber was named the least desirable neighbor of 2014, earning the most “worst neighbor” votes in the survey's eight-year history. According to a new survey conducted by listings website Zillow. Bieber earned the highest percentage of votes in the survey's eight-year history, with one in three people surveyed saying he was the celebrity they'd least like to call their neighbor.
