The Biggest Loser trainer, who looks equally as fit on the cover in a gray tank and red bikini bottoms, revealed she feels better about herself now in her 40s than she did in her 20s. "When I think back on my 20s and 30s, I look better now than I ever have. Yes, I’m older but I’m also wiser and that’s a more intrinsic type of beauty,” the 40-year-old told the mag.
