While Emma Nyra is the first lady of the music group (their first and only female artiste right now), where Iyanya is the boss of all bosses (President of the group), Ubi Franklin is the top man behind the scene, making every thing happen. He is the manager of the the artistes and also the CEO of the record company.
Both (that is Emma & Ubi) are been speculated to be "crazily in love" with each other, so smitten are they said to be with each other, that all things been equal they might take the plunge and sign on the dotted lines sometime in the future.
