Another picture posted earlier the same day shows a close-up of the reality star in her East Coast suit, with bright-red lipstick and huge hoop earrings."I'm feeling good," she added in an interview with Cosmopolitan in December. "I've worked hard on my body, so I think now I can sex it up a little!"
