lol..They just got bursted, Even though there is no more NEPA, I think we should hold the former mana(ement for this newspaper headline from back in the eighties against the power company? The deadline for no more black outs was 1986, now almost thirty years later, and an identity change, black outs, and regular prolonged ones at that, are still with us.
